
Passion… Shea loves to make people feel well. Her empathy allows her to adjust to her client’s needs. She doesn’t follow one single strict training format to overcome obstacles and reach goals. She has battled her own physical demons and understands what it means to conquer pain and come out the other side. Shea balances sensitivity, patience, persistence and support to elevate clients: They get their confidence back and take their fitness to new levels.
At the Core... After 10 years of kickboxing training, including full immersion in a Muay Thai kickboxing camp in Thailand, Shea brings a unique style that works. Muay Thai, known for its rigorous and extreme conditioning, gives Shea additional tools to train young athletes. Her calm and patient style has proven very successful for those with chronic pain, needing rehab or struggling with obesity.
Shea holds a BCRPA certificate in Personal Training, has level 1 CPR and First Aid and has completed continuing education in Sport Conditioning. Shea regularly utilizes Bosu stability in her personal training and has conducted group boot camps and kickboxing classes.
