
Passion… Jessica has a thirst to create success where there are obstacles. Her passion and enthusiasm is contagious, as she is extremely driven by results. Having conquered her own weight challenges, she uses that knowledge and determination to dive into each client situation; figuring out what works for each individual. Jessica entered this profession to fulfill a need to contribute positively in life. She strives to build caring relationships that inspire her clients in all aspects of their lives. Nutrition and goal setting were instrumental to her own success and Jessica is paying it forward.
At the Core… Jessica has received her BCRPA certificate in personal training and has level 1 CPR and First Aid. She continually builds her knowledge base by participating in a cross section of classes and workshops including – strength training, yoga, cross-fit and kick-boxing – and implements aspects of these within sessions. In addition to her personal training schedule, she instructs a group circuit class that combines cardio, strength and Tabata training for ultimate weight-loss and fitness gain. Jessica has a special affection for intense strength training.
