At the Core… Igor’s area of expertise is in variations of classic weight lifting exercises. He leads clients in exercises that will shape their body exactly as desired. For cardio and fat-loss, Igor teaches Tabata-style training and basic circuits to keep cardio levels raised throughout the session. For recovery he often uses the foam roller (Self Myofascial Release) as well as specific muscle stretching to stay pain-free.
Igor holds a Human Kinetics Diploma (exercise science) from Langara College, a BCRPA certificate in Personal Training, and has level 1 CPR and First Aid. He has trained over one hundred people one-on-one and in small groups (2-3 people), as well as instructed several different styles of bootcamps.
