Individual Personal Training

Partner Personal Training
Exercising with a partner can be fun and may provide you with that additional motivation to get yourself to the gym, while still getting focused attention from your trainer.
Corporate Group Fitness
Group fitness classes are great way to add diversity to your existing work-out regime and see results faster. Kickbox Fit, Circuit Fit and Bootcamp Fit classes are on now.
