Personal Training: 24 hours notice must be given to your Forward Fitness trainer by phone or in person on all cancelled sessions. A credit for the session will appear on the following month’s invoice, providing it was not rescheduled before the end of the same month.
A booked session that is missed or cancelled for any reason without 24 hour notice may be rescheduled within the following 7 days (not including currently booked sessions) with the same Forward Fitness trainer, subject to the trainer’s schedule. If the session is not able to be rescheduled, the full session fee will be charged.
Partner Training: if one partner cancels with less than 24 hours notice, the trainer will keep the session with the remaining client, and the client who cancelled will be charged for their portion. If one partner cancels with the appropriate notice, the other partner has the option of keeping the time as a one-on-one session, and paying for the session as a single.
It is the responsibility of the canceling client to notify both his/her training partner and the Forward Fitness trainer within 24 hours notice, if they can’t make a training session.
Group Fitness Classes: Classes require 48 hours cancellation notice. Cancellations can be done online through your personal account.
