Bootcamp Fit
Trainer: Igor
An intense bootcamp class with cardio, resistance and agility training that starts with a warm-up, moves into group drills and Tabatas, and ends with a complete lower body stretch to minimize next day soreness. This class does more than burn calories, it makes you faster, stronger, more agile, and more toned!
Circuit Fit
Trainer: Jessica
A dynamic class featuring Tabata training (condensed bursts of high-intensity exercises) and plyometrics to focus on core stability, agility, cardio and overall strength. Each exercise is modified to meet your level, whether your are a beginner or super fit. This class is for everyone!
Kickbox Fit
Trainer: Shea
A high intensity class combining cardio drills and Muai Thai-influenced kickboxing. This small group class features a lot of personal attention and fun! Drills make use of Thai pads and involve partner work, and we suggest you bring your own gloves and hand wraps if you have them.
